These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 32bd and form the legal agreement between you and the platform. By registering or using 32bd, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User") and 32bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all services offered through 32bd, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all associated account, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus functions.

2. Eligibility
1.1To register and use 32bd, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 32bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.
1.2You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf. Use of the platform on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your account, is prohibited.
1.332bd services are intended for users accessing the platform for personal entertainment. Commercial use, including operating as a betting agent or proxy for third parties, is expressly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Account Registration and Management
2.1Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 32bd. If we detect that a user has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits may be voided without prior notice.

2.3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 32bd support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. 32bd is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.432bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.132bd supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3.432bd reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. All verified withdrawals are final and irreversible once processed.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits awarded by 32bd are subject to wagering requirements before any part of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion's terms and is typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount.
4.2Bonuses are intended for personal use by the eligible account holder only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse), sharing bonus credits between accounts, or using bonus funds in a way that constitutes low-risk or risk-free betting strategies (e.g. matched betting across markets) is strictly prohibited.
4.332bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a user has already opted in and partially met the wagering requirement, the remaining eligible winnings will be calculated on a pro-rata basis at 32bd's discretion.
4.4Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, mobile number, or payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once through any means will be treated as bonus abuse and the accounts involved will be suspended.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1All bets placed on 32bd are final once confirmed. 32bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds or pricing resulting from a manifest error (including typographical errors, technical faults, or data feed failures). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance without interest or compensation.

- Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
